Sisters of the Sacred Spiral, I invite you and welcome you to our first retreat of 2021, in the sacred Heartwood Health and Yoga Retreat in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains! Join us in this incredible space to open your hearts to all life wishes to bestow upon you. This special gathering for “she who loves whole-heartedly” will inspire and compassionately facilitate growth, evolution, love, healing, divine guidance, joy, fun, girl time, wisdom keeping, and sacred blessings.

Facilities: 

The sleeping accommodations will include the exquisite, Heartwood House which comfortably sleeps 15 with two single beds in each of the six bed rooms, and 3 beds in the seventh bedroom.

We will have privacy and exclusive use of Songbird Studio, a beautiful 550 sq. ft. upstairs overlooking a wooded area. The Garden Studio is also a 550 sq. ft. open air covered platform overlooking the vegetable garden. The Sunrise Studio, aka The Temple, is the third studio which is 1,100 sq. ft. open space with an adjoining 600 sq. ft. lounge/ kitchen area. In addition, we will have access to all other amenities including the hot tub, infrared sauna, outdoor showers, swinging bed and chair lounge areas, three fire circles, hiking trails, spring fed lake and more.

Included in your relaxing and soul restoring time in the peak of the fall season are: sunrise yoga, sacred dance movement, meditation at the lake, herbal wisdom classes, wise-woman circles, ceremony, sunset yoga, bonfires, drum circle, singing, sacred mantra, live music, and time to relax and enjoy exploring, canoeing, sup boarding, (you’ll need to rent or bring your own), visiting, bonding, playing, or restoring on your own.

Cost: 

The cost for your retreat, Including accommodations, gourmet vegetarian meals Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Sunday breakfast, and lunch, and all teachings, classes, and ceremonies, and use of the lake, the fire pits, the hammocks, the swinging bed, the hot tub, the sauna, outdoor showers, and yes there are indoor bathrooms and showers, and sweet places to relax and enjoy solitude or time with others is $525 for double occupancy, or $575 for single occupancy. Your deposit of $200 will hold your space! And space is limited to allow for everyone to have an opportunity to receive a Reiki healing session, or a Thai Bodywork session, or a custom healing session! This is extra, but if you get your whole payment in by Sunday, July 18, you will receive your healing session Free! Or, you will receive $50 off your payment for the retreat!
